AllSale GEO AI ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy explains how we handle data through our Unified Broadcaster and Omnichannel Hub and the TikTok developer application named "AllSale GEO AI".
App Identification. This Privacy Policy applies to the TikTok and Meta developer applications operated under the app name: AllSale GEO AI.
About This App. AllSale GEO AI is a business management platform that integrates with Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok to help local businesses automate content publishing, manage reviews, and track performance metrics from a single dashboard.
Data Collection. We collect business information (including NAP data) and social media access tokens that the account owner provides through OAuth in order to manage and synchronize their business presence across the connected platforms.
OAuth Usage. OAuth access is used only to connect approved Google, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok business accounts through the app "AllSale GEO AI," read permitted business data (pages, page insights, posts, Instagram insights), publish authorized content, and support messaging, review, and analytics workflows requested by the account owner. OAuth tokens are stored only for service delivery and can be revoked by the user at any time from the dashboard or from the user's Facebook/Instagram app settings.
Data Usage. Collected data is used strictly to provide automated posting, review responding, citation management, messaging workflows, and revenue impact reporting. We do not sell your business data to third parties.
AI Processing. We use AI models to generate content, summarize engagement data, and analyze sentiment. We do not use sensitive personal data to train these models without explicit consent.
Third-Party Services. Our app integrates with Google Business Profile, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok. Data handled by those services remains subject to their own privacy policies and platform terms.
Data Deletion. Users may revoke access at any time through dashboard settings (the "Disconnect" button on the Facebook / Instagram cards) or by contacting info@allsalegeo.com. Stored tokens and related access credentials are purged when account access is terminated. Meta-initiated deletion requests are processed automatically through our Data Deletion Callback endpoint. TikTok-linked data for the app "AllSale GEO AI" is deleted after revocation or on verified deletion request.
